As a Growth Marketing Manager at Wodify, you will be both a tactical marketing operator as well as a team leader. As an operator, you will become an expert on each stage of our marketing funnel and use data to execute the initiatives necessary to achieve our revenue and growth goals. As a team leader, you will coach, mentor, and define goals for the rest of our marketing team.  Comment end  


A Day in the Life:

  • Analyzing data from our CRM (HubSpot) and other tools in order to identify and act upon growth opportunities
  • Creating and executing online advertising, email, and other forms of digital marketing campaigns
  • Developing content and strategies to improve SEO
  • Optimizing all stages of our funnel to maximize conversions
  • Managing A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Monitoring current market campaigns and adjusting as needed to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual growth goals
  • People management; develop employees and grow a motivated team

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 5+ years experience building and managing SaaS business growth strategies
  • Comfortable with marketing tech/ad platforms (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and project management
  • Strong writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies 


Education & Training:

  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field
